CANCELLATION POLICY:
Platinum limousine reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the signed contract is not received by e-mail fax or mail within 5 days of deposit.
Platinum limousine will refund the deposit minus $100 administration fee for reservation cancelled six (6) Thank you months or more prior to the event date of this contract.
Platinum Limo STL will collect the remaining balance should a reservation be cancelled within 30 days of the event date on this contract unless a special arrangement is made.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
The contract ends on the date of the event unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the contract prior to service or services completion, the client is responsible for paying for all the work and costs incurred up until that date.
Terms and Conditions:
Understand all the terms and conditions listed below and that all charges are responsibility of the renter.
All reservations require a 50% payment of the total amount. The remaining balance is due two weeks before unless platinum limousine STL offers a different payment option for the event.
Summary of rules and code of conduct required:

no smoking of any kind inside a vehicle

alcohol may only be consumed by those of legal drinking age. Violation of the law is not tolerated

your chauffeur can refuse to drive to a certain area your chauffeur can refuse to drive people who are not part of the original party your chauffeur can refuse to allow more passengers than the contracted seating.
DEPOSIT:
all reservations require a $250 deposit with an agreed upon payment plan. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
NO SMOKING:
NO Smoking of any kind is allowed in the vehicles. Any damages from smoking will be charged to the “client” listed in this quote. In the event of smoking does occur in the vehicle, the chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the itinerary returning the party's to the drop off location with no refund of monies.
BEVERAGES AND FOOD:
A built-in cooler is provided for beverages. You are welcome to bring coolers with any nonalcoholic beverages. Please inform Tina of what you will be bringing on board before your event.
SEATING CAPACITY: The bus can seat up to 32 passengers at maximum capacity. If we are at Max Capacity on warm weather days, it may affect the cooling ability of the vehicle. We are not responsible for any lack of cooling issues that this may cause.
OVERTIME:
Client needs more time and would like to add additional hours, our prorated fee is 175 per hour period it is important that the client makes allowances for anticipated delays and adhere to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the client wants to change that time of the itinerary, the change must be requested 72 hours prior to the reservation. Approval will be based on availability.
GRATUITY:
Platinum limousine chauffeurs are paid to provide excellent service. Should you wish to complement your chauffeur for his or her above and beyond service with gratuity's, you are welcome to do so. For your convenience gratuity can be added to your final bill or given directly to your chauffeur.
LIABILITY:
Platinum Limo shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control period such as weather, road and traffic conditions, or mechanical breakdowns. In the event that the rented vehicle suffers or sustains a mechanical problem, we may provide a vehicle of similar kind and quality at our discretion. The replacement will satisfy platinum limo STL responsibility under this contract. In the event of certain weather conditions, per our discretion, we reserve the right to reschedule your transportation or issue a certificate of credit, which is equal to the dollar amount you have paid.

Platinum Limo STL assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damage, personal injuries or physical harm incurred as a result of getting in/ out of the vehicles, inappropriate behavior within the vehicles, legal and / or illegal alcohol or drug use by the client and or guests.

Platinum Limo STL assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for lost or damaged personal belongings and / or items left in the vehicles by the client and or guest.
SAFETY:
The group will respect the chauffeurs judgement regarding safety of the passengers and vehicle.

The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip at any time based on inappropriate behavior and or disrespect towards the chauffeur and or the vehicle, with no refund of monies.

The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to drive certain areas, except additional people outside of the original party, and allow more passengers than the standard rear seating.
